Training Courses – Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in a training course with Creative Ground Tech, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Course Enrollment
- Course slots are booked online on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Payment must be made in full before accessing the course content.
Attendance
- Participants are obligated to attend the scheduled classes.
- Failure to attend classes for three consecutive times without prior notification will result in the automatic cancellation of the student’s enrollment.
Limitation of Liability
- Creative Ground Tech shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our training services.
- We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from the training courses.
Warranty and Disclaimer
- Creative Ground Tech ensures that all training services are delivered diligently and in a good, workmanlike, timely, and professional manner consistent with industry standards.
- Training services will be performed as described in the individual class agendas.
Indemnification
- Both Parties agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the other Party and its directors, officers, and employees from and against any demands, damages, or liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from a third-party claim that the indemnifying Party caused bodily injury (including death) or damaged real or tangible personal property.
Certification and Re-Certification
- To earn a certificate, participants must successfully pass the exams and tests at the end of the course.
- In the event of failing to pass the exams and tests, re-certification is available upon payment of 50% of the initial course fee.
Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights
- All training materials, including course content, presentations, and resources, are owned by Creative Ground Tech.
- Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share training materials without prior written consent.
YOUR OBLIGATIONS
By enrolling in a training course with Creative Ground Tech, you agree to the following obligations:
Access to E-Training Courses
- You may not allow anyone else to access the e-training courses using your login details.
Compliance with Rules and Regulations
- You must comply with all health and safety rules and regulations applicable at the premises where the training courses are provided.
Security Requirements
- You must adhere to any reasonable security requirements specified by Creative Ground Tech.
Behavior and Removal
- Creative Ground Tech reserves the right to remove any learner from a training course if their behavior is deemed inappropriate by Creative Ground Tech or its trainers.
- In such circumstances, Creative Ground Tech will neither refund any fees nor reimburse any other costs incurred.
Confidentiality
- Participants shall keep all course materials and information confidential and may not disclose or share them with third parties.
Cancellation, Refund, and Transfer
- Once course fees are paid, there is no refund or cancellation, except in special circumstances and at the discretion of Creative Ground Tech.
- Requests for transfer to another course may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- If you transfer your booking, you will not receive any refund, and you will not be entitled to transfer more than once.
- You must make any request to transfer a course in writing, which may be sent by email to: [email protected].
